VIDEO: Dredging Ensures Competitiveness of Los Angeles Port (USA)

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa recently joined Geraldine Knatz, Congresswoman Hahn, CM Buscaino, and Colonel Toy (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) in celebrating the completion of the 10-year, $370 million Port of Los Angeles Main Channel Deepening Project.

This marks a major milestone in the City and Port’s efforts to remain competitive in the global economy and continue to serve as the nation’s number one trade gateway.
