VIDEO: Van Oord to Extend Port of Constanţa’s Breakwater (Romania)

The Romanian Ministry of Transport has awarded Van Oord the contract to extend the breakwater in the Port of Constanţa.

The project commenced earlier this year, with the completion date planned for April 2015.

The extension of the existing breakwater will boost the port’s commercial role in the region, as well as safety conditions for the ships entering the port.
