The 6th Annual UK Ports Conference will commence tomorrow, June 25, 2014, in London.

During the event, the UK ports industry will gather to discuss the many challenges facing port owners and operators. This will provide an excellent opportunity for updates on the policy and initiatives proposed by the European Commission and UK Government from expert speakers and industry leaders.

The attendees will learn how the market is valuing port assets both in the UK and globally and what shifts in market supply chains are occurring, review the global shipping forecasts and the impacts of these for UK, and look at port development, including examining the planning framework and investing in ports for the future.
