China: Bids Invited for Panjin Liaobin Dredging Contract

The bids are invited for the Panjin Liaobin coastal economic zone dredging program.

This project will be undertaken for the development of the crude oil terminal segment of basin and channel connection (BT construction projects) at the mentioned area.

The deadline for this tender is February 18, 2013.
