USA: Corps Invites Bids for Freeport Harbor Dredging

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office, announced  a contract for the provision hopper dredging to remove approximately 2,300,000 cubic yards of maintenance material from the Freeport Harbor, TX, Entrance Channel, Jetty Channel and Lower Turning Basin, in Brazoria County, TX.

All maintenance material will be deposited offshore. The Solicitation issued for the project will be Firm Fixed Price.

The contract completion time is 78 calendar days, and the magnitude of this program is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
