LLX Awarded Construction License for Port Terminal at TX2

LLX announced that the INEA (State Environmental Department) has awarded a construction license for T-MULT, a port terminal for several types of cargo.

Located at TX2, T-MULT will handle general cargo and project cargo, liquid and solid bulk and agricultural produce, amongst others.

“The awarding of this license is a milestone in the development of T-MULT, a company port terminal designed to handle several types of cargo. The presence of LLX’s terminal at TX2 consolidates the competitive advantages of Açu Superport for companies requiring land and that wish to benefit from integration with the port. T-MULT is undoubtedly a major attraction for expanding our client portfolio”, said Marcus Berto, CEO of LLX.

TX2 is an onshore terminal consisting of a 6.5km by 300m canal, with 13 km of docks and a depth ranging between 10 m and 18.5m.
