USA: Corps to Invite Bids for Mattituck Dredging

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, plans to invite bids for the Mattituck waterway dredging program.

During this project, approximately 90,000 CY of sand will be removed from the Mattituck Federal Navigation Channel.

The estimated value of this deepening program is between $1 mln and $5 mln, and the bid opening date is on or about 16 October 2013.
