Royal IHC has just announced that IHC Training Institute (former TID) will run a port maintenance dredging course on 14-16 March at its facilities in Kinderdijk, the Netherlands.
Aimed at professionals with a high level of technical education and up to three years of experience in the field, this is a highly practical, three-day masterclass.
Participants will gain a better understanding of all aspects of maintenance dredging, learn about the concept of nautical depth, and develop alternative methods for their own projects.
Training helps to shape a competent and confident team that performs conscious, efficient and sustainable dredging operations at a reduced level of risk and downtime, and an improved level of safety and ROI.
Technological innovations and the continuous focus on improving performance demand that people are trained in a way that fits the necessary competences to perform a specific job.
Royal IHC offers several types of training, for example customized, equipment-related, function-related, specialized and open courses.
