Dutch Dredging B.V. Joins IADC as Main Member

Baggerbedrijf De Boer B.V. (Dutch Dredging B.V.) recently joined the International Association of Dredging Companies (IADC) as a main member.

Dutch Dredging is a medium-sized dredging company that is based in Sliedrecht, the Netherlands.

It is an independent private company and the organization’s total scope of activities includes dredging, surveying and marine-related operations.

“We are happy with Dutch Dredging joining IADC and we look forward to new members joining us,” said Rene Kolman, secretary general of IADC.

Organizations need to meet a list of criteria to join as a member of IADC.

Companies should own and/or control either directly or indirectly via subsidiaries sea going plant to at least €25 million; they should compete internationally on dredging and/or maritime construction projects; majority vote of shares should be privately owned; and comply with IADC’s Standards of Professional Conduct.
