ECTMarine has successfully developed, tested and sold a cutter head concept that is aimed at increasing production and return on investment for dredging vessels and other cutting systems.

Optimization of the effectiveness during the dredging process is important for any size and type of dredging vessel.

The ECTMarine cutter head will increase the ability to dredge more soil including silt, mud, sand and soft stone.

The company’s new cutter head design can be modified to fit any dredger up to 250 kW cutter power. The design and manufacturing method are organized in such a way that delivery times are short and price is competitive.

Because of their longer wear life, excellent digging performance and easy to replace characteristics, ECTMarine has chosen ESCO cutter teeth for the new design.
