Granite Construction, the City’s contactor, is beginning mobilization activities this week.

The Ocean Boulevard Improvement project will repair storm damaged bluff face and infrastructure along Ocean Boulevard between Morro Avenue and Cuyama Avenue.

Also, this includes bluff stabilization, replacing the Morro Stairs beach access, and replacement of the Morro storm drain outfall.

The project will also improve coastal access along Ocean Boulevard.
