Philippines: Vigan City Announces Environmental Protection Activities

The Vigan City Planning and Development Office has programmed a total of P4.7 million for environmental protection activities.

These activities include:

– cleanliness and sanitation, P500,000;

– dredging of river banks and acquisition of equipment, P1.5 million;

– solid waste management and acquisition of equipment, P2 million;

– and streetscape development, P781,000.
