CHEC Signs EPC Contract for Abidjan Port Dredging

Recently, CHEC has signed an EPC contract for Abidjan port extension with the Abidjan Port Authority, Cote d’Ivoire, with a contract value of 933 million US dollars.

As Abidjan’s integral economic part and a major project in the post-war economic reconstruction project of Cote d’Ivoire, the project plays a significant role in reestablishing its position as a regional shipping center and promoting the infrastructural construction and economic development of Cote d’Ivoire. The project involves waterway and basin dredging, construction of a container terminal and a ro/ro terminal, construction of waterway breakwater reconstruction, etc.

The contract’s signing marks CHEC’s successful entry into Cote d’Ivoire, laying a solid foundation for further expanding CHEC’s market in Cote d’Ivoire.
