USA: Manson Construction Bags Oakland Harbor Dredging Deal

Manson Construction Co., Seattle, Wash., was awarded a $6,934,900 firm-fixed-price, option-eligible, non-multi-year contract for maintenance dredging of Oakland Inner & Outer Harbor Channel of approximately 421,000 cubic yards of materials.

Performance location will be Oakland, Calif., with funding from fiscal 2013 operations and maintenance, Army funds.

This contract was a competitive acquisition via the web with three bids received.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – San Francisco District, San Francisco, Calif., is the contracting activity (W912P7-13-C-0012).
