Ghana: Takoradi Port Expansion Kicks Off
President John Mahama will today perform a ground breaking ceremony for expansion works at the Takoradi Port.
The works, part of a government’s port infrastructure expansion programme, is being carried out in phases to modernise the country’s ports to meet projected increases in maritime activities.
While in the Western Region, the President will also inspect some ongoing road projects and address a durbar of chiefs and people at Bogosu.
