CCCC Shanghai Nabs Yangtze River Dredging Contract (China)
CCCC Shanghai Dredging Co., Ltd. has recently won the bid for Phase 1 dredging project of a 12.5-meter Yangtze River deepwater channel down Nanjing.
This channel has a length of some 57 kilometers, an excavated bottom width of 500 meters, a designed depth of 12.5 meters, a minimum turning radius of 1,500 meters and a slope ratio of 1:10.
The project is located in Jiangsu Province, and the construction period will be 8 months. This development program is of great significance to promoting the economic development of the basins in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
