Hearing Set for Cleveland Harbor Dredged Sediment

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Buffalo District, is about to host public hearing regarding open lake placement of dredged sediment from Cleveland Harbor.

USACE will hold the hearing on Tuesday, February 17th 2015, at Burke Lakefront Airport in Cleveland from 5:15 – 9p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity to anyone wishing to make verbal comments in person for the official record regarding the proposed open lake placement of dredged sediment from the upper federal navigation channel of the Cuyahoga River.

This meeting was requested as a result of the public review period (November 17 through December 17, 2014) of a Clean Water Act Section 404 Public Notice on this proposed action.
