Congressman Questions Corps on Cleveland Harbor (VIDEO)

Congressman Bob Gibbs released the following video after he addressed the Honorable Jo-Ellen Darcy, Assistant Secretary of the Army-Civil Works on dredging the Cleveland Harbor.

Gibbs, who heads a House Transportation Subcommittee that oversees the Army Corps of Engineers, asked Assistant Secretary about the dispute during a Wednesday hearing on the Army Corps of Engineers budget.

“I would be remised if I didn’t bring up the Cleveland Harbor. This has been a very hot topic and now there is a lawsuit involved,” Gibbs said.
