Royal HaskoningDHV Speakers at Coasts and Ports 2017 Event
Three of Royal HaskoningDHV’s maritime experts will present at Coasts and Ports 2017 – the pre-eminent sector conference in the Australasian region.
Taking place from 21-23 June, the three day conference – sponsored by Royal HaskoningDHV – will explore the theme of ‘Working with Nature’, and will include keynote speakers, exhibitions, technical presentations, field trips and numerous networking opportunities.
Royal HaskoningDHV experts will present case studies relating to topics including dredging and reclamation, breakwaters and coastal structures, and sustainability and stakeholder engagement.
Held in Cairns, Queensland, the conference is aimed at bringing together multidisciplinary professionals from across the sector, and will publicise the persisting importance of coastal engineering problems.
The Royal HaskoningDHV speakers will present on their areas of expertise, including metocean data collection and analysis, coastal numerical modelling, coastal and maritime infrastructure design, contracting strategy and construction management, recreational vessel facilities, and the primary consideration of environment and sustainability in the development of infrastructure in the coastal zone.
