When the Board of Central Dredging Association decided to revamp their flagship event, it was clear that Dredging Days 2021 was going to be very different from the norm.

Now, in keeping with current international COVID-19 regulations, the Board has announced that the conference and exhibition will be held as a fully virtual event on 28-29 September 2021.

CEDA Dredging Days 2021 will have the scientifically sound programme and high-quality technical papers that the event is well known for.

The technical presentations, panel discussions, live exhibition booths, lots of networking opportunities, including 1:1 video calls and matchmaking will make the event a great interactive experience.

As an added bonus, making the Dredging Days a virtual conference will open it up to the wider dredging community, across the entire CEDA region. It will also be much easier for students and young dredging professionals to participate.

CEDA Dredging Days 2021 will focus strongly on ‘Sustainable Dredging and Innovation – The science. The practice. The business’. Content will range from new technologies to the way the industry does business, all viewed through the lens of sustainable best practice.

The conference programme will feature academic and practice-oriented presentations, as well as keynotes and high-level panel discussions. In addition to peer-reviewed technical content, the conference programme will include a business exchange session, designed to explore and encourage mutual opportunities.
