Manson nabs $12.9M Oakland dredging deal

Manson Construction from Seattle, Washington, has won a $12.9 million firm-fixed-price contract for the Oakland Inner and Outer Harbor fiscal 2026 maintenance dredging project.

Bids were solicited via the internet with two received, the Department of War (DoW) said.

Work will be performed in Oakland, California, with an estimated completion date of January 12, 2027.

“Fiscal 2026 construction, Corps of Engineers, civil funds in the amount of $12,909,775 were obligated at the time of the award,” according to DoW.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, is the contracting activity.
