Highlighting 2022 Dare County beach nourishment projects (VIDEO)

Current TV, in partnership with Dare County Government, has released “More Beach to Love – Highlighting 2022 Dare County Beach Nourishment Projects,” an informational video that provides an overview of the numerous beach nourishment projects that are scheduled to take place throughout the county this year.

In an effort to address the critical issue of erosion occurring along the beaches of the Outer Banks, several miles of shoreline will be replenished within the towns of Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head, as well as the villages of Avon and Buxton on Hatteras Island.

In addition to providing general information about the upcoming projects, the video also directs viewers to visit www.MoreBeachToLove.com, which will serve as an essential resource for residents, visitors and property owners who are searching for detailed information and updates about beach nourishment activities in their area.

A collaboration between Dare County and its municipalities, www.MoreBeachToLove.com is designed to provide a convenient and comprehensive guide to shoreline management and the specific beach nourishment projects that are scheduled to be completed throughout 2022.
