USACE Seeks Input on Grays Harbor Dredging Strategy

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are seeking sources to a strategy to potentially dredge Grays Harbor, reports KXRO.

“The purpose of this is to measure the interest of businesses in the dredging nearly 1 million cubic yards of sediment from the Grays Harbor Inner Harbor Navigation Channel per year for three years,” the Corps says.

This dredging project is valued at USD 10 to 25 million.

The Corps’ notice states that there are no plans and specs for this project at this time and that the announcement is for planning purposes only.
