Nigeria: Officials OK Aba River Dredging

The commissioner for Information and Strategy, Eze Chikamnayo, has announced that the Aba river dredging project should commence very soon.

This dredging project was approved on September 5, according to allafrica.com.

The Abia government statement said that the abattoir by the edge of the river in Aba would be relocated to Ahiaudele community to pave way for the dredging.
