STX Lorient Delivers New Trailing Suction Dredger

An 84m long trailing suction dredger St Pierre, built by the STX Lorient, has been delivered to the Societe de Transports de Fluvio Maritime de l’Ouest.

The complex design of this vessel was developed in conjunction with Holland MT, an engineering and supply company serving international dredging contractors.

– Maximum breadth: 15.60 m

– Depth : 7.00 metres

– Full load speed: 13 knots

– Dredging depth: 45 m

– Cargo volume : 2,000 m3.
