USA: Dania Cutoff Canal Deepening Begins
The Florida Inland Navigation District and partners, the City of Dania Beach, Broward County and Port Everglades, announce project commencement on the Dania Cutoff Canal Deepening Project.
The project will increase navigation depths within the canal to facilitate increased megayacht service and repair business as well as increased shipping services.
The project is expected to increase marine economic output by $3.6 to $9.2 million per year and add 24 to 38 new jobs.
