Ocean Isle Beach Dredging Moves Forward (USA)

Ocean Isle Beach Dredging Moves Forward

Contractors are mid-way through the scheduled dredging of the man-made canals at Ocean Isle Beach as of mid-January, and are on track to meet their deadline of finishing the work in March.

This effort should make it easier for boaters to move in and out of these canals at all tide levels this coming summer.

The dredger is operating on a twelve hour daily schedule, six days per a week with no operations on Sunday.
