Russia: Krasnoye Sormovo to Build Three Dredgers for Rosmorport
According to MNP Group, FSUE Rosmorport will ink a design and construction contract with Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard for three trailing suction hopper dredgers for Russian ports (Ust-Luga, Big Port St. Petersburg and Tuapse).
The technical design for these vessels was developed by the Dutch company Damen, reports portnews.ru.
Krasnoye Sormovo is one of Russia’s oldest shipyards.
Over the years the shipyard has made an important contribution to the development of both submarines for military and commercial vessels.
