VIDEO: Pass-A-Grille Beach Replenishment Moves Forward

The Pass-A-Grille Beach replenishment program is currently underway.

The contractor is pumping sand onto the beach from a dredging vessel located about a mile out in the water through a large pipe system.

According to pinellascounty.org, approximately 125,000 cubic yards of sand will be used for this $2 million replenishment project.
