LWT’s TrashCat for Malaysia

The UMI division of Liquid Waste Technology (LWT) recently shipped a TrashCat MS8-1500A marine skimmer to Malaysia.

This machine will be used to keep portions of the Klang River free from floating debris.

The TrashCat MS8-1500A is a highly transportable, easily deployed trash skimming vessel capable of meeting today’s environmental cleanup requirements.

This piece of equipment is self-propelled via its 99 HP (74 kW) industrial diesel engine, which also powers its trash collecting ability.

The unit’s storage capacity is rated at 1500 lbs (680 kg) and features self-unloading capability.
