Together with the plug tug Teddy, TSHD Medway worked around the Port of Felixstowe, River Stour, Mistley and the Harwich Deep Water channel west of No. 1 and No. 2 buoys. Thanks to this maintenance work, the world’s largest container vessels will continue to use the harbour.

In 2024, Boskalis will carry out additional campaigns to keep the harbour accessible for the world’s largest container vessels.

In recent decades, Boskalis – with various trailing suction dredgers and backhoe dredgers – regularly dredged in the Harwich Haven, thus facilitating global trade to and from the United Kingdom.
