Corps Conducts Research for Dillingham Port Dredging (USA)
The Alaska District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is conducting research prior to releasing a solicitation for a maintenance dredging program at the Port of Dillingham, Alaska.
The Port of Dillingham is a regional port for many southwest Alaska villages offering a full range of dockage, boat yard and marine services for commercial fishing, cargo, and recreational vessels.
The Port serves an important role in the Nushagak Bay with its dock, harbor, and two additional boat ramp facilities located at Kanakanak Beach and Wood River landing.
