Royal IHC, ANP Ink TSHD Deal

Royal IHC has signed a contract for the design, construction and delivery of a 4,200m³ trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD) with Administración Nacional de Puertos (ANP) in Montevideo, Uruguay.

 

Jan De Nul Secures Contract in Denmark

In the framework of the Kriegers Flak Offshore Wind Farm project, Energinet.dk and 50Hertz Transmission GmbH awarded the Joint Venture Iemants – Jan De Nul Group the EPCI contract for 2 Gravity Based Foundations (GBF).

 

Panama Canal Retires Ellicott’s CSD Mindi After 73 Years

Ellicott Dredges supplied all the cutter suction dredgers used in the original construction of the Panama Canal in 1907.

 

Van der Kamp and Port of Rotterdam Sign Dredging Contract

Van der Kamp recently won a contract to handle dredging work in the Rotterdam port area.

 

WWII German Bomb Found in Portsmouth Harbor

A WWII German bomb was found at earlier this week by a barge dredging the Portsmouth Harbor ahead of the arrival of HMS Queen Elizabeth next spring.
