After Robbins Technology Group (RTG) joined forces with Royal IHC in November 2015 and strengthened its position on the West Coast of Australia last year, IHC Robbins has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
This move proves IHC’s commitment to the mining industry, and further confirms its added value throughout the mining life-cycle.
The company also announced that John Feenan has been appointed as Managing Director of IHC Robbins and will direct its activities from the company’s head office in Brisbane, Australia.
“We are happy that we now can fully benefit from each other’s strengths and can further intensify our cooperation,” said Henk van Muijen, Managing Director of IHC Mining. “By uniting IHC’s dredge mining expertise, and IHC Robbins as the heavy minerals specialist, we show our continuity towards growth and innovation.”
As a total supplier, the two well-established companies have the knowledge and financial capability to service the whole mining industry with integrated and innovative solutions. This will be achieved by developing and producing cost-effective mining and mineral processing equipment and solutions.
