Western Dredging Association (WEDA) recently announced their decision to go virtual with the 2021 Midwest Chapter Meeting and postpone the Green Bay in-person event until March 22-24, 2022, due to the continuing pandemic.
The 2021 Virtual Meeting is taking place Thursday, March 18th 2021 from 1 to 5:00 PM CST.
According to the agenda for the 2021 virtual meeting, the event still offers individuals and firms an opportunity to make presentations in the following areas: sediment investigation, environmental dredging, navigational dredging, coast/shoreline protection and restoration, sediment management, etc.
WEDA is offering the Midwest Chapter Meeting as part of their mission to share knowledge and information about dredging. This four (4) hour meeting is complementary to current members and government employees and $25 for non-members.
The Midwest Chapter of WEDA represents Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Wisconsin and Ontario, Canada.
