Autumn issue of Terra et Aqua magazine out now

The International Association of Dredging Companies (IADC) has just released the latest issue of Terra et Aqua magazine featuring articles covering dredging projects as well as the topics of safety, socio-economics, technical innovations and the environment.

The autumn issue includes stories on applying the Ecosystem Services approach throughout a project cycle, balancing project progress and limited system knowledge in Amatique Bay, Guatemala and a study of greenhouse gas emissions during ripening of dredged marine sediment.

The Terra et Aqua #164 begins with Mr. Frank Verhoeven, President of IADC, who shared his thoughts on todays’ issues related to the dredging industry and introduced the articles in this issue of the magazine.

Also in this issue, read the full list of submissions that were running for IADC’s Safety Awards 2021. The awards were virtually handed over during the IADC Annual General Meeting on September 16th by René Kolman, the secretary general of IADC and IADC President Frank Verhoeven.
