The hopper dredger “Modi R”, plough/seabed levelling tug “Edi” and trawler “Amanda Verne K” are taking part in this year’s dredging campaign. DoT officials expect this campaign to continue for up to three weeks.

Southern Ports Authority (Port of Bunbury) requires regular maintenance dredging within the Port of Bunbury. TSHD “Modi R” is operating on a twice-per-annum campaign basis, where she is dredging to the needs and requirements of Southern Ports Authority. All dredged materials are being disposed of as required at the permit provided disposal site.
