Contractors Invited for Deule Channel Dredging Program

Voies navigables de France has announced a tender for the Deule channel dredging project.

This deepening program includes recalibration of the layout of the channel of Deule between Lille and Deûlémont.

The project includes dredging of 3,000 tonnes of material from the area bounded by the upstream bridge RD 207a in Sequedin and downstream from the bridge of the RD 945 channel to Deûlémont (approx. 20 km) to between 4.0 m and 4.5 m depths.

The deadline for this tender is June 28, 2013.
