New CEDA Working Group on Seafloor Integrity

The Environment Commission of CEDA (Central Dredging Association) is setting up a new Working Group called the CEDA Working Group on Seafloor Integrity (WGSI).

According to CEDA, the task of the Working Group will be to prepare a information paper on Sea-floor Integrity.

The main aim of the paper is to raise awareness and to provide essential, relevant information in an easily accessible manner to professionals.

CEDA reported that the newly formed Working Group will have their first meeting on 18 May 2017 in Antwerp, Belgium, at the Ministry of Flemish Community, Division Maritime Access.

At the meeting, the Draft Terms of Reference will be finalized and a Work Plan will be developed.
