EMSAGG Seminar on Marine Sand and Gravel – Ireland
The next European Marine Sand and Gravel Group (EMSAGG) seminar on Marine Sand and Gravel – Ireland will take place on November 16th 2017 in Cork, Ireland.
According to CIRIA, this event is free to attend and will bring together experts from across Europe, with experiences in winning and the use of marine aggregate, to explore marine dredging in the UK, as well as relevant policy and legislation in Ireland.
It will also provide delegates the opportunity to meet and share experience with EMSAGG members from Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium.
EMSAGG was formed in 1998 to share knowledge on policies and practices relating to mapping, licensing, execution and monitoring of marine sand and gravel with particular regards to environmental protection and wider sustainability imperativeness. It achieves this though regular meetings of its members, by holding learning workshops, organizing a triennial international conference.
