UK: River Hull Needs More Dredging
The major dredging work along the River Hull would only have a limited impact on flood risk issues in the city, a new report says.
According to thisishullandeastriding.co.uk, some city councillors believe the river requires more regular dredging.
But the report due to be discussed by environment scrutiny councillors next week says a full dredging programme in Hull could cost about £400,000.
