The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, celebrated the completion of its Roseau, Minnesota, Flood Damage Reduction Project with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Roseau, August 18.
The project provides flood risk reduction for the more than 2,800 residents and the infrastructure of Roseau.
